white page after login

I am using prestashop. When I try to login to admin panel, after writing right data i receive white screen.
I have check below link but it doesn't work. What can be other reason?

It looks like your site is not pointed to us so the steps in that article may not work for you. You may want to contact your hosting provider to ensure that your PHP version is compatible with PrestaShop 1.6 as this is what causes the white screen described in the article.
