Load level problems over past two days

My server is persistently having load level problems. Earlier today I talked to a tech rep when no pages were loading. He said load levels were high, and the sys admins throttled back the problem domains. It is happening again now, only an hour or so later. Please monitor load levels more proactively on this shared server.
Our systems administration team does the best possible to ensure that the overall server load stays at a minimum, however, on any shared hosting environment, loads spikes are always possible. I apologize that you are having issues and can assure you that our systems administration team is working diligently to resolve any issues that may be occurring on the server that houses your account.
