A WEEK AGO I BOUGHT A YEAR SUBSCRIPTION FOR (dasikosxartis.gr) I PAID 83,88$ BUT YOU HAVE NOT SEND ME USERNAME AND PASSWORD. I SPOKE WITH A LADY LAST WEEK AND SHE TOLD ME SHE WILL SEND THEM TO ME BY EMAIL. WHY IS SUCH A DELAY?

Hello, If you have not yet received your welcome email, you will need to contact the Live Customer Service department. All welcome emails are sent upon account confirmation, so if you did not get it, there may be an issue with your information. In over 99% of the cases, something such as the email account on file is incorrect. Kindest Regards, Scott M
