Are some of the shared servers still down?

A few hours ago I briefly chatted with Jonathan and he filled me in that the server I am on went down, basically. Now, I get a different error message when trying to access my site;

"We apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately this website is currently unavailable."

I believe this is usually the account suspension message, right? But I have not received any email notification regarding a suspension.

This is hurting my attempts monetize and increase my readership :(
