I can't seem to get the option of "New Folder" to come up. I've followed directions to right click on Local Folders, but the option of "New Folder" does not appear.
Sorry for the problems with folders in Thunderbird. Can you specify the version you're trying to use? Also, is it on a Mac or PC? We need a little more detail to research this issue. I run Thunderbird everyday, and when I right-click on either local folders or the inbox, I always see the option for New Folders. You can also left-click on the INBOX (or LOCAL folders icon) to select it, then click on FILE >New>Folder in the menu at the top.
