McAfee Email Protection initial setup problem
Just bought McAfee email protection, intended for one mailbox on my hosting pro plan . Can't enable it and it won't send me a password reset email. Thanks in advance for your help.

If the plan is behaving as if it is not activated, there may have been an issue with the initial activation. You will need to contact our Support team in order for them to check the specifics of your account and possibly re-activate the account.
