I am unable to send or reply to any messages today and get the following error message

host mx.lb.btinternet.com [213.120.69.89]

SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:

554 Message rejected on 2019/06/25 18:50:46 BST, policy (3.2.2.1) ID (5D10942E003D0052) - Your message looks like SPAM or has been reported as SPAM

Can you advise?

I'd advise checking the content of your messages for any words that might trigger a spam filter.
