Contact Us Page Won't Send To Correct Email

So I created a website with a contact us page and want the viewer to submit questions/comments via that page. I have it set up to send to "" as well as my own personal email to test it out, however the message won't be sent through to the "" but only to my personal email. I can I get this fixed because I won't be at this company long term and don't have time to forward all comments to the correct person.

If you can provide a link to the form, or the guide you followed to set it up, we can provide more detailed troubleshooting steps. But in general, I would begin by checking the SMTP settings for the form, to see how it is setup. I would also check the mail logs if you have access, since you can easily find email failures there.
