Hi, I have a domain registered with you, but Im trying to register a new one and every time a try, it says: This transaction has been declined.
Could you please help me?
Hello, That message means there was something wrong with the credit card transaction. This can sometimes be due to the information it checks to validate the transaction. You will want to contact our Live Billing department so they can check into this for you. Kindest Regards, Scott M
