From field in emails is blank

When users are sending emails from Outlook (thomasjmurraylaw.com account) to a specific user (Janet Raifsnider [email protected]) she gets some of them without a name or address in the From field. It does not always happen but is only happening with Janet and happens when multiple users send her an email. I have recreated Janet's Outlook profile, recreated her Windows profile and tried recreating the other user's profiles. This is only happening when she receives an email from a thomasjmurraylaw.com address. They are hosted through InMotion. Please reply back to me at [email protected] so I can get your responses. Thank you.

Hello Jshuster, I will respond back to you in email, but please understand that support on this website is made for public feedback on the Support Center. It's not made for private technical support. If you want support to be private, then please contact our live technical support team available 24/7 via email/chat/phone (contact information is at the bottom of the page). I did initially look at the issue and currently unable to see anything in the mail logs that resemble the problem. Can you verify if the problem is occurring in Webmail? Can the user login to Webmail and see the same problem. At present, when I discussed the issue with our systems personnel, they believe that it is related to the email client (Outlook). And in fact there are documented issues (Microsoft Support - From field is blank) that have been reported by Microsoft that have no resolution unfortunately. However, if you can please check the webmail and see if the issue continues, then we can at least narrow it down to being a specific client issue versus a server issue - as this is not a common problem. I will email you separately on the issue and establish a service ticket for you via the support center for follow-up on the problem. Regards, Arnel C.
