Can't find anything to read usage logs... Any suggestions? (Mac Preview won't work.)

Hello @T_P_K, Thanks for the question! You should be able to read your access logs using a text editor such as NotePad. There are many text editors that are also free that you can try including Notepad++. Remember that files are archived as zip files, so they would need to be uncompressed first.
