Could not get any A records

Dear Support,

the pointing of the domain name: lecicolb.com is done 3 days ago to the hosting account, the ns.inmotionhosting.com and ns2.inmotionhosting.com are done but the website doesn't open: www.lecicolb.com ; it says: Could not get any A records for www.lecicolb.com!
what could be the problem?
please advise.

Hello Gaby, Sorry to hear about the problem. I tried to duplicate the issue, but no matter what I try, the domain does appear to be working normally at this point. Can you try again? Make sure to clear your browser cache and then try it. If you continue to have the problem, run the ping and tracerout test in order to determine what's happening from your end.
