Trying to fix email problem. Our website forms are not coming through.

Inmotion sent me this link: https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/email/email-troubleshooting/invalid-helo-name-email
Under Microsoft Instruction - Number 5 - there is no "Outgoing Server" tab in that window. Therefore, I am unable to move forward to try and resolve this problem. Please advise.

Hello, and thanks for your question. It doesn't look like the website you've privately included in this question is currently hosted with InMotion. When I tried to fill out the Contact Us form on your website, I encountered this error:

SMTP -> ERROR: Password not accepted from server: 535-5.7.8 Username and Password not accepted. Learn more at 535 5.7.8 http://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?answer=14257 gg3sm5844330pbc.34 - gsmtp 
SMTP Error: Could not authenticate. Mailer Error: SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.

It looks like possibly you're trying to connect to a Google email account to relay messages from your server and website. You need to make sure that the username and password that you are using in your contact.php script are valid ones that actually let you log into that email account. So the article you mentioned doesn't really pertain to the problem you're having with the contact form on your website. If you're still having any issues at all, please let us know! - Jacob
