How do i transfer a podcast from my computer to my website?

I am not a geek so I will request that you give me step by step instruction. I downloaded "Audacity" to make a podcast, I do not know how to create a podcast. Anyway, I have a website it was made using "Word Press". 1. How do I make a podcast? 2. How do I take it from my computer and upload it to my podcast page?

  1. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to record a Podcast with Audacity; I found this via google search.
  2. Then upload the podcast to your server. Then you can hotlink, or direct link to the podcast you have uploaded.
