What is wrong with Support Center???
Dear Support Team,
We have been facing challenges in the past couple of months that happened all the sudden & we determined that it occurred due to lack of continues support from your end.
The tricky part is that no one from your support team let us know what did happen or the cause of the issue.
We faced the following challenges, some of them are resolved, some are still pending.
1) Domain moved back to registrar - Our main VPS domain has been moved away from inmotion control back to registrar which caused all our services / emails for us & our customers to stop. resolved - but not what caused this issue, it seems to be a mistake from your support team.
2) Emails to hotmail is marked as spam - Till now our customers are unable to send emails to hotmail since our server IPA is marked as spam. Not resolved yet & support team did not help until today.
3) cPanel / WHM Licenses expired - Which made " us & our clients " unable to access the cPanel " - receiving this message
"This server is currently not licensed. Please contact the server administrator. Other services available on this server such as web services are likely functioning normally. (Cannot read license file) Once the license on this server is active, you will no longer see this message. If you have installed a license since loading this page, click here to reload. " - This issue did not resolve yet & it happened for the second time, do you guys forget to renew license, if it is, please put a reminder. GOD
4) One of our customers emails - was not sending emails to some emails & sends to other email accounts. - Not yet resolved, we opened a ticket & no updates yet. Not sure the cause of that issue till now.
I am not sure what happened to support center, but we came to inmotion since they have a very good support, please keep it that way since we feel like you are loosing that professional look & we might end up switching to another service provider.
Your issues are affecting not only us " as a company " but its affecting all our customers which is ridiculous.
Let us see how would you handle our issues above & how long it would take you to fix them " if you are serious about it "
