slider, touch slide, zoom, scroll

Is the bootstrap or JTR provide image slider, navigation box slider which contain word and link? Or would you teach me how to make a drop down menu like : Home, Menu1 with some drop down sub menus, Menu2 with drop down menus etc... up to (example 20 Menus) where the screen width absolutely can not cover them all and need a scroll or slide to show the hidden one as overflow. Shortly, it look like an image slider, but the image box just contain of drop down menu.
