SpamCop Blocking an e-mail that is not spam

Hello, Below is a response from [email protected] in response to an e-mail that is not spam. I am not sure at which point this is happening (whether it is on the tailshigh.org mail server, Network Solutions, or Yahoo). The response says that the message was blocked by SpamCop.net. If you could point me in the right direction in configuring the spam cop it would be greatly appreciated. Hello Greg, Thank you for your question. The main error message is this:
> Remote host said: 550 http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?98.139.213.79"
That link advises that the IP address: 98.139.213.79 is blacklisted with Spamcop. I performed a WHOIS lookup on that IP address, and it is owned by Yahoo. Our servers use major blacklists, including SpamCop, to fight spam email. The blacklisted Yahoo IP, is causing this email is being flagged by our server and blocked. I recommend providing this email, as evidence to Yahoo support, so they can request delisting. If you need the email immediately, they could possibly send it from a different address. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, -John-Paul
