I can't log to my Drupal administration after updating

I've upgraded my drupal (7-x to 7-y). I had a page where I could log to my admin but I have no more form to log in. Even in www.mydomain.com/admin, I have no choice to log in. How may I get this form to appear? (only on one of my pages)

Hello patdecoeur, Thank you for your question. This can be caused by several things; I recommend first clearing your browser cache, and trying to login in a different browser. For example if you are using IE, try Firefox, or Chrome. We are happy to help, but will need additional information to troubleshoot further. What happens when you attempt to login? Is the page blank, or missing? Can you provide a link to the website? Are you getting any errors? Can you provide them?
