How do I add text to my DNS?

As I try to verify my website I was ask to add some text to my DNS, and I don't know where I can find it.

To clarify, are you referring to a TXT record? To add a TXT record, you may use the Advanced DNS Zone Editor within cPanel. Please keep in mind that even TXT records can take up to 24 hours for propagation to take place.
