Cache problem on Mac PC

Hello friends,
I have an issues for the joomla site . some functionality is working on my computer but not working on client computer.
I have suggest client to clear the cache , again same problem.
Can you please give me the proper solution for this.

Clearing all browser data would indeed be the correct way to resolve the issue. Be sure that they have fully cleared all browser data as they may have only removed part of it. This tutorial will get them moving in the right direction:

If they are still experiencing issues after their browser data is fully clear, trying another browser may also help to troubleshoot the issue. There could possibly be something within that particular browser that is causing an issue. In that case, you would want to reinstall that non-working browser.
