OpenCart Import/Export extension problem

I am getting the following error: Uploaded file is not a valid spreadsheet file or its values are not in the expected formats!

I have viewed the thread related to this issue and I have tried to make sure I have followed the recommendations, but still I am getting this error message on import. If possible can I email excel file to support to help resolve this issue?

This particular error is caused by attempting to insert incompatible data or using reserved words. Checking over your file that you are importing, as well as checking over your database tables will further assist you in resolving the issue.
