My web designer doesn't understand why it isn't working on your end.
Hello, Sorry to hear that you're having problems with the server sending emails with phpmail (using the Wordpress plugin). I had to do a little research on what's happening on the server and I'm seeing the following errors in the Apache server error log: [Tue Oct 22 15:41:36 2013] [error] [client xx.xx.xx.xx] The Zend Engine API version 220060519 which is installed, is outdated., referer: [Tue Oct 22 15:41:36 2013] [error] [client xx.xx.xx.xx] , referer: [Tue Oct 22 15:41:36 2013] [error] [client xx.xx.xx.xx] Zend Guard Loader requires Zend Engine API version 220090626., referer: We spent a little time trying to see if the PHP version being used on the server had any effect on this problem, but we could not resolve it. Therefore, in order to proceed with the issue -since you provided your domain name, I will initiate a support ticket for you. It will need to be reviewed by our systems people, since it's possible that the problem has to do with support files on the server. Apologies for the problem - you will see an email response (from the ticket) based on what our senior techs find. The email used will be the one that is the primary contact of your account. If you need more information on contacting technical support, you can use this link. Additionally, you may want to try troubleshooting the plugin - since it does appear to be a third party WordPress plugin. Check for updates and troubleshoot the plugin. Make sure that you have the correct settings for the contact form to work. If it's an email it will need to be configured similar to an email client. Sorry again that we could not provide a direct answer. Regards, Arnel C.
