When I try to send a email from the Google app account I receive a bounce message error (see below). The email works fine from e to everywhere but inMotion. Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: [email protected] Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain calscopetrading.com by calscopetrading.com. Hello rprmatias, Thank you for your question. In the future, I recommend trying out Email Bounceback Parser tool, it can help explain bounce messages, and makes it easy to notify System Administrators of any issues you notice. I looked at the MX entries, and I noticed both domains (calscopetrading.com & giganetstore.com) are pointed to Google for email. This means all emails for these domains are handled only by google. The error you see from google is:
Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain calscopetrading.com by calscopetrading.com. [198.46.81.134]. The error that the other server returned was: 550-Verification failed for 550-No Such User Here 550 Sender verify failed
Essentially, google tried to deliver the email to [email protected], but the sending address [email protected] failed with these messages:
550-Verification failed 550-No Such User Here 550 Sender verify failed
This usually means the email address ([email protected]) is misspelled, needs to be created/setup with google, or the password/username is wrong. Also, if you modified the DNS (such as MX or Nameservers) it can take up to 24 hours to propagate. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, -John-Paul
