What to do about email service for clients?

I have an InMotion VPS account which I will use to host websites for a few clients. But most of these clients are already using cheap (or free) POP mail services from providers like GoDaddy or 1&1. What is the best way to handle this situation? I don't want to deal with spam issues or troubleshooting their email questions.

Hello alehrfeld, Thank you for your question. You can allow them to host their email elsewhere, by pointing the 'A record' of a subdomain (for example: mail.domain.com), to the IP address of their mail server. Then, pointing their MX record to the subdomain, for example: 0 mail.domain.com This will direct all their mail to the server the 'A record' is pointed to. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, -John-Paul
