FTP Account Error cPanel

Hi,

I am getting an error when I click on FTP Accounts within cPanel. A blank whit page loads that says this at the top:

[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive] [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive] [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive] [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]

I need to setup a new FTP account. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
