Hello Condennehy, I'm sorry to hear about your problems with the redemption of your domain name. It appears that the domain name is in a redemption period with the registrar. The link with information I gave relates to how our domain registrar (Melbourne IT) works, but the process might be a little different for your domain's registrar. Unfortunately, we have no authority to recover the domain. You will need to contact the domain registrar and pay the fee to restore it - or wait until the name is free to register again on the internet . Here's the information that I can see on the domain name: Domain Name DENNEHYSPUB.COM Registrar TUCOWS DOMAINS INC. Whois Server whois.tucows.com Referral URL http://domainhelp.opensrs.net Name Server NS.HEARTINTERNET.CO.UK NS2.HEARTINTERNET.CO.UK Status redemptionPeriod Updated Date 11-jun-2013 Creation Date 01-may-2008 Expiration Date 01-may-2013 Last update of whois database Thu, 20 Jun 2013 00:28:07 UTC As you can see, the domain registrar is Tucows Domains, Inc. I looked up their information for redemption issues and this is the link that I found: What if my domain name is in the REDEMPTION PERIOD and I cannot contact my Provider? They provide information on how to contact them to try to resolve this issue. I hope this helps get the problem resolved quickly. Our apologies that we cannot directly intervene on the matter. If you do have a grievance with the domain registrar, the governing body for complaints is ICANN - please go to the icann.org website for dispute resolution options. Regards, Arnel C.
