how to restore dashboard

I have been building a website with Wordpress and after not logging in for a while the page for the dashboard came up in a list type format that I don't know what to do with. It doesn't look at all like the dashboard I have been working in. Is there a way to restore it to the normal settings/view?

Hello Matthewdragoun, I was able to get into your admin area to take a look and am not seeing a layout that is different than the normal WordPress 3.5.1 layout.
