Shorter FTP Login

Hello! I need to create some FTP logins. However "[email protected]" is too long for most FTP software. How can I create an ftp account to be just "webcam" or somthing shorter? I cannot seem todo it with the cpanel. This is a big problem!

Hello username, With the exception of your main cPanel account, which is similar to 'userna5', all FTP accounts will have the primary domain name at the end. There is one solution, however. You would need to obtain a shorter domain name and then make it the primary domain name on your account via a Primary Domain Name change. Then all FTP accounts would use the shorter domain name on the end. Best Regards, Scott M
