How do you change the URL for my Wordpress site so that it's not showing a bunch of letters and numbers for my posts and pages?

We bought a domain back in March to run a blog on. I've noticed that at the end of the URL for my blog address and every post I publish, it has a mish-mash of letters and numbers. Here's an example: http://misplacedalaskan.com/#sthash.Ms6tjuau.dpbs How do get rid of the extra stuff. I'm running WordPress as my blogging platform.
