why is email being delayed and then undeliverable

new site everything hooked up great but e-mail tests all come back undelivered after after 5 trys and then unqued from system

Hello hankcoen! Sorry for the trouble with your emails bouncing. I checked your issue and tech support ran a fix perms. The permissions on your mail folder were incorrect causing the bounce. Best regards, James R
