URL and SSL

TWO QUESTIONS:
In my Open Cart, the URL is still my old domain.
heartlandpetbeds.com. That needs to change.
More importantly question two:
I had an SSL for my old domain.
I purchased a new SSL for my new domain.
Your help data base has the procedure to install an SSL which I used last time with no problem. Here is what I noticed.
PUBLIC HTML:
config.php
ADMIN:
configphp
Both of these files have my old domain all up and down the the file. All, heartlandpetbeds.com. That needs to changed............doesn't it? What needs to be done?
