I am trying to install Wordpress using Site Software on a new account, but I get the following message:


What does this mean and why isn't it already set up with my new account? How do I get it set up?
Hello don4law, I am unable to locate your account with the information provided in the support, but we do recommend using the Softaculous tool to install WordPress as it is kept muchmore up to date than the Site Software. There are times when the Site Software is several versions behind and with Wordpress, this can mean security risks. That being said, I was able to use the tool successfully on our test server without any error, so it should work correctly for you as well. You may want to have our Tier 2/Systems to take a look and see if there is an anomaly in the back end. To do so, you would need to contact our Live Support department at [email protected] with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Best Regards, Scott M
