Problem with email account.
Hello, I'm currently unable to send or receive mails with my account, I use Microsoft Outlook and every time I click on ''Send and receive'' there's a prompt asking for the username and password and it doesn't send or receive e-mails. What is the problem?
I reviewed your account and it appears that your account is currently suspended, so email is not working. You may not have received the notice because the primary contact email on your account is the same as your account. It is recommended that you setup an email account outside of your primary domain name as your contact. You will need to call in or chat with support in order to get the account restored to service.
