HOW TO CREATE, EDIT ARTICLE FROM FRONTPAGE ON MY NEWS TEMPLATE WEBSITE

I want a create a user that can create, edit article from Frontpage on my news templates website.
I have try to create login page on one of my pages. But when login with username, i didn't see any submit article page.
How can I do these on my frontage.

Unfortunately, we do not have any articles such as that for FrontPage. FrontPage is largely an unsupported program as it has been replaced by Expressions Web. Even Microsoft no longer supports any version of FrontPage.
The best chance of finding if that is a possible feature for your FrontPage would be to search your favorite search engine for articles that have been previously written.
