A client of mine has had trouble sending emails to me even though he has been sending to me for years! Should I put his email on a whitelist through Cpanel/Horde email?

My clients' email with problems: [email protected] and
[email protected]
(they are from the same organization).
I don't know if I am missing other emails. This has happened in the last 2 weeks. Thanks.
