The reason you are seeing that statement is because you are using the root user, or reseller password. Even if the password for the wired account is the same, it qualifies as the reseller. Any account other than the reseller or root account will disallow certain features such as Fantastico.
The best way to take care of this is to use a different password for the reseller account than you do for the other accounts. Ideally, all accounts should have unique passwords, but that is entirely up to you.
