I reset my password but the new one won't work.

I still need to log in with my old password.

Hello Arlington, If you are referring to your cPanel password, you can also change it from within the cPanel itself. If you are not able to log into the cpanel and changing the password in the AMP is not working, there may be an issue with the reset script. You will need to contact our Live Support so they can set it for you. To do so, you would need to contact our support department at [email protected] with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Best Regards, Scott M
