After setting "use_bayes 1" in user_prefs, what else is needed to activate the bayes auto learning?
1. Where are the emails that are identified by bayes filter as spam?
2. How do I train the filter, i.e., tell the filter when it misidentifies spam, and when it misses spam?

Hello Jollybuddha, By necessity, the functionality that you get in the Cpanel is limited in order to keep the interface simple. So, if you're trying to actually use the advanced settings for SpamAssassin, you will probably not be able to do so. HOWEVER, you can whitelist or blacklist email addresses in the configuration section of the application. That's the extent of your control over the "learning" part of SpamAssassin. Additionally, if you're trying to see the SPAM folder, you'll need to sign in with WEBMAIL. Then you can see the SPAM folder created by the application. Here's a link for our documentation for SpamAssassin: How to use SpamAssassin to fight Spam I hope that answeres your questions! If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page. Regards, Arnel C.
