I have tried to update my address and billing address repeatedly in the Manage Domain section. Nothing happens when I press submit. What to do?

Sorry for the issue with being unable to update the address and billing address in your Manage domain section.  Remember that if you have privacy, then you may not see the change applied to the domain WHOIS information. You can contact our Customer Service team to verify that the information has been changed.  They can also assist with making changes if necessary.
