renewal still appear in billing section of AMP after cancellation

I just cancelled my hosting account yesterday and I got Cancellation Confirmation mail but I still see renewal date scheduled in billing section of AMP.
is it supposse to keep appears even after cancellation? or is it an error?

Cancellations require up to 72 hours for processing - and in some cases it may take a little longer. If you submitted a cancellation then you need to allow the Customer Care department to complete the process. Also, in looking at your account notes, you have canceled hosting, but you are maintaining a domain registration. This is also a subscription and will remain since you did not cancel it. If you see that subscription information does not change within 72 hours, then please call/chat/email in to live support ([email protected]) in order make sure that it is processed appropriately.
