Site data disappearing
I have up loaded images and data files to my site several times. The upload appears successful and this data/images are available on the site. However, over time this data disappears. It does not appear on the site and it can no longer be found in File Manager of my cPanel.
I am uploading once again, however, please advise why this problem exists.

Sorry to hear your files are disappearing. We would only be able to look through the access logs to see if someone other than you is loging in through ftp and removing the files. Our tech support staff will need to do this. Please contact support either by chat, phone (1-888-321-4678 ext2), or by email ([email protected]) with an example file that disappeared and the date you think it disappeared and they can check the logs for any activity at that time. They will need account information like the domain on the account or the cpanel username.
