Thanks for posting your question regarding canceling your subscription. I'm sorry to see that you wish to cancel because you have not used the service in a while. You will need to contact Customer Success in order to request the account be canceled.

Hi Troy,

Thanks for posting your question regarding your domain registration and web hosting with NameSilo. I'm unaware of the terms of service for NameSilo. Typically, domain registration and web hosting are separate services. If they are packaging these services, you should be able to transfer your domain registration to another registrar to keep it without hosting. I hope this helps!

I'm sorry to hear that you wish to cancel. If there's anything that we can help with that may stop the cancellation of the account, please let us know. Otherwise, please call in to live technical support, or email support@inmotionhosting.com. You need to supply verification of the account (AMP password or last digits of the credit card on the account) and then request cancellation of the account. This is a subscription, so you must contact us through live support or through email to properly process your request.

Hello pablot, To cancel your account subscription, you do need to contact the support team. To do so, you would need to send an email to support@inmotionhosting.com with your cancellation request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Best Regards, Scott M
