adding web builder, got a message that it didn't install correctly, & to contact customer support.

From the AMP, Clicked to install Web builder to my account-got a message that said there was an error in the installation and to contact customer support.
The account says it is added, but I cannot access it.
Any suggestions?

Hello RosaC, At times, the builder can have an issue causing it to not install correctly. Our Live Support team can most certainly take care of that for you. To do so, you would need to contact our support department at [email protected] with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Best Regards, Scott M
