Downgrade Hosting

Writing regarding I tried to change hosting plan from dedicated to Business class (Pro)but wasn't able to found "change to" option. I called to customer service for an assistance but was told to write to a support center. Please, downgrade our hosting plan through your system as we don't need dedicated hosting anymore.

Hello efstyle, What the support rep meant was they simply need the downgrade request in writing. This will need to go through both our Systems department as well as the billing to complete. To do that, simply would need to email our support department at [email protected] with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Best Regards, Scott M
