The server-to-server post is getting a 404 response back i.e. page not found.

Hi,

I'm using Interspire cart and getting error when processing payment through CCNOW server. We contacted CCNOW to look at the error and they went through the server logs and discovered that the server-to-server post is getting a 404 response back i.e. page not found.

CCNOW think that maybe the hosting server is rejecting CCNOW post due to an invalid browser user agent being sent in the header, we send our agent as libwww-perl/5.803. Is that possible? Can that be investigated?

Please advise.
