How to create index page and upload it in OS Commerce

I think that is where I should begin. Is that correct? I have watched videos and read online material, but do not yet have a clue as to how to start building a web site. Specific information would be helpful.

Hello rcmodeler,

I see you have the OSCommerce installed into a subfolder. The path to that page will be yourdomain.com/subfolder in order to show the front page of the catalog. Note that yourdomain.com is your actual domain and the subfolder is the name of the subfolder you installed it.

To log in to build your catalog, you will need to go to yourdomain.com/subfolder/admin

If you want to make the OsCommerce catalog your main site, you will need to move the files from the subfolder to either the public_html folder or reinstall it to the public_html folder. Then you can access the site at yourdomain.com and adminiser it at yourdomain.com/admin

I hope this answers your question. If you have any more questions or information specific to the issue please leave a comment below so we can further assist you.

Best Regards,
