Why can't I publish my site

The site cannot be published to the specified location.


Cannot publish to the specified host via FTP. Authorization failed.


Been going on for days-

Hello Action, The error "Authorization failed" means that either the username or password is incorrect. If you are using the cpanel username, the builder will need to be updated whenever you change your cpanel password. Here is a link to a video on configuring your builder settings. This will help you get them all set. If you still have trouble, we can set them for you. We would just need the builder password to get tot he proper area. You can send that information to [email protected] Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. As Authorization failed means your login information is wrong.

Can you reset the FTP password via CPanel? And were you using port 21?
