Filezilla connects half way?
I'm trying to connect to my website using Filezilla on Windows 7. I set up a separate user account in my cPanel. I then input those credentials in to Filezilla and I receive this in the status window:
Status: Connecting to ftp.mysite.org...
Response: fzSftp started
Command: open "[email protected]" 22
Error: Network error: Connection refused
Error: Could not connect to server
How do I fix this?

The error is occurring because you are trying to connect to the server using SFTP and port 22. This is not allowed on a shared server for security reasons.
You can connect with FPTS using the explicit setting over port 21. That should allow you to connect without further issue.
