How do I add a .pdf file to my page?

Hello Toketee, You can add a pdf file to your account by simply uploading it to your account via the cpanel file manager. To get it to show in your site, simply place a link to the pdf file. The visitors browser will either display the file or offer them an opportunity to download the file, depending on how they have their browser set up. I hope this answers your question.
