Confirming validity of support request

I just submitted support request {100-1081087} via email. I am trying to confirm it while logged in.

When a ticket or email is submitted and you receive a request number, that is confirmation that the system has received the request and it is in queue for working.

I did a check on your specific ticket and see that a technician is currently working the request.
